Job summary

Zebra Technologies invites applications for an AI Intern position to gain hands-on experience across the business, collaborating with teams in supply chain, IT, sales ops, marketing and finance. You will design, train and evaluate AI models, analyze large data sets, and create prototypes that address real business problems.

The 6–12 month internship emphasizes mentorship, social and development activities, with hybrid work and flexible hours to fit student schedules.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/graduate student in CS or Supply Chain with AI coursework.
• Proficient in programming with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellence in academics or extracurriculars.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
• Effective verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement AI models and solutions
• Work with cross functional teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions
• Data collection, cleansing and analysis of large datasets to train and validate AI models
• Build and demonstrate AI prototypes to stakeholders
• Research latest AI technology and machine learning and contribute in brainstorming workshops
• Document model design, processes, results and training materials
• Work on process optimization using Lead Six Sigma model
