Job summary

The National University of Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead national and international standardisation initiatives in AI and Health Informatics. You will bridge technology, healthcare policy, and global standards to promote trusted AI and digital health frameworks in Singapore.

Work with regulators, industry leaders, and international standards bodies to shape policy and practice. This role offers strategic exposure at the intersection of technology and health governance,

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent in AI in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Genomics Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline, with at least 2 years' relevant experience.
• Strong multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Solid understanding of global standards landscape (ISO, IEC, AI governance) is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with ability to translate complex material into outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support to the Technical Committee for Healthcare and Health Informatics and its working groups.
• Identify and evaluate new standardisation opportunities aligned with priorities.
• Drive development, review, adoption, and promotion of national and international standards with regulators, institutions, industry and academia.
• Manage expert working groups to draft, review and refine standards.
• Facilitate technical meetings to build consensus and progress work items.
• Coordinate Singapore's involvement in international standards activities (ISO, study missions).
• Lead stakeholder engagement through workshops, conferences and events.
• Ensure governance, SOPs and audit compliance.
• Support efforts to develop AI and digital health standardisation infrastructure.
