Qualifications

• Master’s or equivalent in AI in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Genomics Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support to the Technical Committee for Healthcare and Health Informatics (TC-HCHI) and its working groups (AI in Healthcare, Genomics Informatics, Data Interoperability, Medical Device Security, etc.).
• Identify and evaluate new standardisation opportunities aligned with the Singapore Standards Council’s priorities.
• Drive the development, review, adoption, and promotion of national and international standards with regulators, healthcare institutions, industry and academia.
• Manage expert working groups to draft, review and refine standards.
• Facilitate technical meetings to build consensus and progress work items.
• Coordinate Singapore’s involvement in international standards activities (e.g., ISO committees, global meetings).
• Lead stakeholder engagement through workshops, conferences, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Support efforts to develop the expertise and infrastructure for AI and digital health standardisation.
