Job summary

NetEase is seeking a seasoned creative technologist to lead AI-driven growth asset production for overseas markets. You will design, produce, and optimize video and image assets using state-of-the-art AI models and automation tools, balancing aesthetics with conversion performance.

You will build scalable asset production pipelines, define prompt strategies, and collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to accelerate growth campaigns across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 5+ years in ad video design, internet visual design, or overseas growth asset design.
• 2+ years in AI-driven design or automated asset production.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently use AI generation models and editing tools for growth ad videos and marketing images.
• Develop an automated visual asset production pipeline based on AI Agents.
• Translate high-conversion strategies into reusable prompts and workflows.
• Establish a quantitative asset evaluation system for content quality and ad delivery performance.
• Address pipeline issues to ensure stability and localization of assets.
• Collaborate across algorithms, design, and operations teams to drive growth projects.
