Job summary

NetEase in Singapore is seeking an experienced architect of AI-driven growth assets to lead end-to-end production of ad videos and marketing imagery.

You will build automated AI asset pipelines, translate conversion-optimized narratives into prompts and agent workflows, evaluate content quality and ad performance, and collaborate across design, algorithms, and operations to scale output.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; film/TV, digital media art, animation or related field preferred.
5+ years in ad video design, internet visual design, or overseas growth asset design.
2+ years in AI-driven design, automated asset production, or Agent products.
Experience in overseas growth design for tool/content products is a plus.
Strong understanding of AI image/video generation capabilities and workflows.

Responsibilities

AI-driven production of growth videos and marketing images for overseas markets.
Develop an automated AI asset production pipeline covering video and image assets.
Translate high-conversion narratives into reusable prompts and Agent workflows.
Establish a quantitative evaluation system for content quality and ad performance.
Address quality and localization issues in batch-produced content.
Collaborate across algorithms, design, and operations to execute growth projects.
