Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an intern to join its AI Governance team in Singapore. You will support the development and maintenance of AI governance policies, document AI use cases and manage governance records.

The role offers exposure to AI risk assessments, responsible AI practices and dashboards, with collaboration across technology, legal, compliance and risk teams. You will gain hands-on experience in governance, reporting and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in AI governance, risk management, compliance or business transformation.
• Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organise information and present findings clearly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance and implementation of AI governance policies, guidelines and processes.
• Assist in documenting AI use cases, AI-enabled solutions and governance activities.
• Maintain an inventory of AI initiatives and governance records.
• Support AI risk assessment activities and identify potential risks.
• Track governance actions, recommendations and remediation activities.
• Research AI developments and industry trends under guidance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and governance materials for stakeholders.
• Support reviews aligned with Responsible AI principles and project approvals.
