Job summary

Secretlab in Singapore is seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join the Production team. You will build our products in 3D and create static and video marketing materials, working closely with fellow creatives to deliver visually stunning work that communicates a clear message.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a strong command of Cinema 4D, Redshift, After Effects, and the Adobe suite, and a keen eye for lighting, color theory and typography.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a relevant role, preferably within the consumer goods (hardware) space.
• 3D generalist with proficiency in lighting, animation, modeling, texturing and rendering.
• High technical proficiency in Cinema 4D (Redshift Renderer), After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Building desirable 3D environments to showcase our products.
• Execute texturing, uv mapping and rendering detailed models of our products.
• Execute motion graphic visuals as marketing collaterals for the upcoming launches.
• Storyboarding and conceptualizing in motion & 3D space in video format.
• Identifying opportunities where 3D motion graphics deliver a stronger message than static graphics.
• Elevate Secretlab’s production quality to the next level.
• Explore untapped mediums and art direction within 3D motion graphics & animation.

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

You will be a valued member in our Production team, responsible for all 3D production. As a Motion Designer, you will build our products in 3D and create static and video marketing materials. You’ll work closely with a talented team of creatives in the Production team to create visually stunning 3D work that reach a global audience. Most importantly, you are objective driven; while the visuals look aesthetically stimulating, the visuals serve to deliver a message to the viewer.

Our Production team is responsible for all of Secretlab's content as well as our collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands, including Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Requirements

• Key understanding in lighting, colour theory, compositing, concept development, typography, graphic design.
• Strong sense of motion and design language that aligns with Secretlab brand identity.
• Responsible and self-motivated, resourceful in making the impossible possible.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about your work and our products and up to date with the latest 3D creative trends.
• Interest in the consumer tech/gaming/esports industry.
• Experience working with Adobe Substance and X-Particles Plugin.
