Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic seeks a Lecturer based in the Centre for Foundation Studies (CFS) to teach English Language and Communication, NE and Life Skills modules. You will design, deliver and review learner-centred curricula aimed at strengthening language proficiency, communication, critical thinking and confidence for diploma progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in English Language education or related fields.
• Teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and review Language & Communication and NE/Life Skills curricula for PET/CET learners.
• Plan blended learning experiences across face-to-face, online and hybrid modes.
• Develop online learning packages and self-directed resources with diagnostic activities.
• Integrate generative AI and digital platforms to enhance pedagogy and assessment.
• Provide academic and pastoral support, and contribute to curriculum innovation and initiatives.
