Job summary

GO-GENIE is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and implement AI-driven solutions across our in-house logistics and operational platforms.

The role focuses on building practical, scalable and reliable AI applications that enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows and support data-driven decision-making. You will independently manage technical deliverables while collaborating with the CTO, COO and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, backend development and API integration.
• Hands-on experience developing AI applications using LLMs, RAG or related AI frameworks.
• Good understanding of databases, software development practices, testing and version control.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain AI-powered applications, services and features for GO-GENIE's internal platforms.
• Translate business and operational requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Develop backend services, APIs and integrations to support AI functionalities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable and maintainable.
