Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior engineer to design and ship generative-AI applications, turning data into trusted business outcomes. You will architect AI platforms, deploy production services, and own quality, security and governance across the stack.

You’ll collaborate with product, data and business teams to drive enterprise-scale AI initiatives, advocate Responsible AI, and deliver end-to-end solutions on Azure and multi-cloud where relevant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, cloud, data or AI engineering, incl. 2+ years with generative AI / LLMs.
• Production AI/data solutions delivered at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI and at least one major foundation model (e.g., Gemini/Claude).
• Experience with RAG architectures using vector databases and embeddings.
• Strong Python, REST API development and SDK integration.
• Experience in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
• Solid DevOps: version control, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, privacy and compliance.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship generative-AI applications, deploying LLM-powered services.
• Implement RAG with vector DBs, embeddings and semantic search; expose via APIs.
• Develop prompts, evaluation, and orchestration pipelines for reliable model output.
• Create document-processing pipelines using OCR and document-intelligence tech.
• Own platform security, governance, cost and performance monitoring in production.
• Partner with business to identify high-impact AI opportunities and run pilots.
