Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an AI/ML specialist to research, develop, and optimize GenAI solutions in a production-focused role. You will design RAG systems, connect models to enterprise knowledge sources, and build agentic workflows that automate business processes.

You will work with enterprise knowledge assistants, Q&A systems, document processing solutions, and embedding models, while fine-tuning LLMs with LoRA/QLoRA and deploying services in production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications.
• Experience with LLM technologies and modern GenAI ecosystems.
• Strong Python development skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and optimize AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM-powered applications.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems connecting models to enterprise sources.
• Build agentic workflows for planning tasks, using tools, and automating business processes.
• Develop intelligent applications such as enterprise knowledge assistants and intelligent Q&A systems.
• Fine-tune and optimize language models using techniques like SFT, LoRA, QLoRA.
• Deploy and maintain AI services in production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions.
