Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and operationalise AI-powered capabilities across the FX Platform, facilities management, smart district and enterprise apps. You will build intelligent assistants, retrieval-based systems and document processing pipelines to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise AI solutions using modern LLM frameworks and AI services.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Semantic Search, AI Agents, Vector Databases and Knowledge Retrieval Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure stack including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search and related services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Build intelligent assistants, copilots and conversational interfaces for workflows.
• Develop RAG solutions to support enterprise knowledge retrieval and QA.
• Implement AI-powered recommendations, summarisation and insights generation.
• Integrate AI services with FX Platform applications and expose capabilities via APIs.
