Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled professional to bridge business needs and technical execution in AI-powered solutions for the financial and capital markets sector. You will partner with business users, research processes, and design end-to-end systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers, presenting data-backed insights to senior stakeholders, and delivering demonstrable AI capabilities using Claude Design and other tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience/ knowledge in Financial & Capital Markets domain.
• Full Stack Engineering background with end-to-end solution experience.
• Proficiency in Agentic AI tools, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Skills Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand requirements and define problem statements.
• Conduct independent research and discovery on business processes, data, and systems.
• Design, develop, and demonstrate AI-powered solutions using Claude Design and other AI tools to obtain business sign-off.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and operationalize solutions.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations, driving discussions, and supporting decision-making with clear, data-backed insights.
