Job summary

NTU hosts AI Singapore’s national AI programme. We seek an AI Engineer to execute AIAP initiatives, lead AI projects, and drive cutting-edge AI tech development. You will mentor apprentices and contribute to the AIAP syllabus and recruitment processes.

Ideal candidates bring strong Python, ML/LLM, and MLOps experience, plus a passion for mentoring and communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences. This role involves collaboration with AISG and NTU teams in Singapore.

Qualifications

• We welcome applicants from all disciplines with AI/ML project experience.
• Hands-on ML fundamentals knowledge with NLP/CV or tabular data experience.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive tasks stemming from AIAP and related programmes.
• Train and mentor AI apprentices during phases.
• Lead solution development for internal and external AI projects.
• Plan and execute AIAP recruitment stages and update syllabus.
• Support industry and community-building activities through talks and workshops.
