Job summary

Capco Consulting Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Engineer to join our Singapore team, delivering AI-powered solutions for the Financial Services sector. You will build multi-agent workflows, data pipelines, and production-ready models that comply with data privacy and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into scalable AI applications, optimize performance, and monitor deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-12 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, focused on software development and deployment.
• Build and integrate components for LLM, RAG, search, agent-based and automation solutions.
• Strong software engineering with Python, Java, React/Next, Node.js.
• Hands-on training and fine-tuning of neural networks for performance and scaling.
• Proven experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT) and agentic frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph).
• Cloud deployment and data management on AWS/Azure/GCP; Git and CI/CD proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent workflows to optimize insurance business processes.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for processing, training, and deployment.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize neural networks for use cases like risk assessment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to productionize AI apps.
• Ensure AI models meet privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Monitor production solutions, troubleshoot, and push updates as needed.
• Deliver production-grade backend services and AI components; participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps practices.
