Job summary

UNISONEDGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled AI systems engineer to lead design and development of AI-driven solutions using Agentic AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

You will translate business challenges into production-ready products and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include building AI-powered agents, deploying full-stack solutions, and advancing automation across frontend, backend, and data architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agentic AI engineering or related fields.
• Hands-on with AI techniques, skills, harnesses, MCPs and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks and open-source libraries.
• Knowledge of database design, implementation and management.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced analytics, ML and AI-driven solutions.

Job Summary

Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions and applications, leveraging Agentic AI frameworks and cloud technologies to solve business challenges and deliver impactful, production-ready products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions to generate actionable business insights
• Design, develop, and implement AI products, including applications using Agentic AI frameworks for practical business use cases
• Build and maintain AI-powered agents and applications, advancing solutions from proof-of-concept to production deployment
• Design and implement software solutions across frontend and backend systems, applying cloud application and data architecture principles
• Automate development workflows by creating reusable components, tooling, and standardizing engineering practices
• Conduct comprehensive functional and performance testing using diverse techniques and tools to ensure high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with technology teams to architect, design, and implement cloud-based agents and applications
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions using Agile delivery methodologies
• Support the full product lifecycle including roadmap planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Define non-functional requirements and evaluate database solutions ensuring regulatory compliance
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful products and identify opportunities for AI and automation integration

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in Agentic AI engineering, web application development, data science, or related fields
• Practical knowledge of AI techniques and hands-on experience developing and implementing skills, harnesses, MCPs, and Agentic AI frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and relevant open-source libraries
• Knowledge of database design, implementation, and management
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cloud computing platforms and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business problems into effective technology solutions
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and explain technical concepts clearly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with commercial AI, workflow, data, and data science platforms such as n8n, Northflank, Copilot in Power Automate, Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake, or Whole-of-Government AI tools like GovTech Desk, OPUS, Airbase/Airlift
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with AI, data science, and software engineering advancements
