Job summary

UNISYNC SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a leader to design and build AI-driven solutions, leveraging Agentic AI frameworks and cloud technologies to solve business challenges.

You will drive advanced analytics, develop AI products, deploy production-ready agents, and coordinate across frontend/backend and data architecture, promoting automation and scalable software practices. You will ensure quality through testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide the full product

Qualifications

• Experience in Agentic AI engineering, web application development, data science, or related fields.
• Practical knowledge of AI techniques and hands-on experience developing and implementing skills, harnesses, MCPs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and relevant open-source libraries.
• Knowledge of database design, implementation, and management.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cloud computing platforms and services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business problems into effective technology solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI products, including applications using Agentic AI frameworks for practical business use cases.
• Build and maintain AI-powered agents and applications, advancing solutions from proof-of-concept to production deployment.

• Automate development workflows by creating reusable components, tooling, and standardizing engineering practices.
• Conduct comprehensive functional and performance testing using diverse techniques and tools to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with technology teams to architect, design, and implement cloud-based agents and applications.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions using Agile delivery methodologies.
• Support the full product lifecycle including roadmap planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Define non-functional requirements and evaluate database solutions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful products and identify opportunities for AI and automation integration.

Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with commercial AI, workflow, data, and data science platforms such as n8n, Northflank, Copilot in Power Automate, Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake, or Whole-of-Government AI tools like GovTech Desk, OPUS, Airbase/Airlift
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with AI, data science, and software engineering advancements
