Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore seeks a senior AI/ML engineer to design and deliver scalable Generative AI solutions across enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.

You will work with state-of-the-art models, RAG, vector databases and multi-agent systems, and you will deploy robust APIs and web interfaces to enable business users to leverage AI capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Workwith internal departments to evaluate business processes and uncoveropportunities for AI-driven innovation and automation.
• Architectand deliver scalable Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions tostreamline workflows, enhance productivity and support businessdecision-making.
• Enhanceexisting AI applications and intelligent automation platforms byincorporating advanced data science techniques and agent-based AIcapabilities.
• Investigatenew developments in Artificial Intelligence, including Large LanguageModels (LLMs), predictive modelling, anomaly detection and naturallanguage processing, to identify potential applications.
• Processand organise complex datasets through data preparation, transformation andfeature engineering to support reliable AI model development.
• Engineerrobust backend systems, APIs and integration components to enableefficient communication between AI models and enterprise applications.
• Constructresponsive web-based interfaces that allow users to interact effectivelywith AI-powered tools and intelligent systems.
• LeverageRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings andcontext engineering techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance ofAI-generated outputs.
• Administercloud-hosted AI solutions and containerised environments, ensuring systemstability, security compliance and effective deployment.
• Conductapplication testing, performance assessments and technical troubleshootingwhile coordinating with stakeholders to refine AI solutions and achievedesired business outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence,Data Science, Machine Learning or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-onexperience in developing AI/ML applications, Generative AI solutions andcloud-based systems, preferably using AWS, with exposure to end-to-endsoftware development.
• Solidknowledge of LLM frameworks, RAG implementations, vector databases, promptengineering, context optimisation and multi-agent technologies such asLangChain, LangGraph or DeepAgents.
• Technicalproficiency in programming and web development technologies, includingTypeScript, C#, SQL, Git, FastAPI, Flask, Express.js, React, Vue.js,Docker and Kubernetes, with familiarity in data visualisation toolssuchas Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or MicroStrategy.
• Strongproblem-solving, interpersonal and communication abilities, with aproactive approach to learning emerging technologies and explainingtechnical concepts to business stakeholders.
