Oliver Wyman is seeking an Inside AI Product Enablement Engineer to support the AI Capability & Adoption function through structured experimentation, prompt engineering, workflow testing, and enablement activities. The role emphasizes reliable execution, technical fluency, and knowledge capture while developing expertise in AI tools for the Centre of Excellence for Quotient Inside.

Reporting to the Quotient Inside Product Strategy leadership and Director of AI Product Enablement, you will

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in analytics, enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools and curiosity for experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases.
• Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants.
• Document tested use cases and maintain living exemplars.
• Contribute to training and enablement materials.
• Provide coaching support and respond to inbound questions.
