Oliver Wyman is hiring an Inside AI Product Enablement Engineer to advance the Quotient Inside program. You will conduct structured AI experimentation, refine prompts, prototype workflows, and create reusable exemplars.

Working under the Quotient Inside Product Strategy leadership team, you will coach colleagues, test custom GPTs, document tested use cases, and help scale responsible AI adoption across the firm.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles
• Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross functional environments

Mansioni

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement for defined AI use cases
• Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants
• Validate outputs for clarity, safety, and usability
• Build and maintain prompt libraries and living exemplars
• Document tested use cases for reuse in training materials
• Support AI coaching and office hours
