Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an AI/Data Science Intern within the NAND Device Engineering group.

You will contribute to the development of AI-Enabled solutions that automate device characterization, improve data-driven decision-making, and accelerate technology development for advanced 3D NAND technologies. You will work with Python, ML concepts, and data analytics, building automated workflows, dashboards, and AI-assisted analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience developing data analysis, automation, or software solutions.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, data science, or Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Familiarity with data processing libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to data visualization, dashboard development, database technologies, or workflow automation platforms is desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, communication skills, self-motivation, and interest in AI-Enabled engineering solutions.
