Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an AI/Data Science Intern in the NAND Device Engineering group. You will apply AI, ML, and automation to semiconductor datasets to speed up device characterization and improve data-driven decisions.

Work closely with experienced engineers to develop AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, and automated reporting. This internship offers practical experience and may lead to full-time opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

Strong programming in Python and experience developing data analysis, automation, or software solutions.
Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, data science, or AI concepts through coursework, projects, or research.
Familiarity with data processing libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-enabled workflows for automating device characterization data collection, analysis, anomaly detection, and reporting.
Apply ML, statistical modeling, and Agentic AI techniques to identify performance trends and generate insights from large-scale datasets.
Create automated data pipelines for extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, and integration from characterization sources.
Develop dashboards, visualization tools, and AI Assistant capabilities for data exploration and knowledge retrieval.
Evaluate Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic Solutions for engineering workflow automation and reporting.
