Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement daily operation of all Receiving and Shipping functions in compliance with policies and procedures to support the company’s operation.
• Maintain close communication and collaboration with relevant parties and forwarders on shipping arrangement and delivery of materials.
• Examine received physical condition, contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing lists for all outgoing shipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement to drive innovation including process automation and AI-enabled problem detection and optimization.
