Job summary

Blackstone invites applications for an Analyst Intern in Singapore, embedded with the AAMT team. You will collaborate with real estate, private equity and investor relations groups to translate needs into tech solutions and data-driven products.

You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise AI, mentoring, and ownership of a defined workstream from day one, in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business, data analytics, CS, IS, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with sound judgement under time pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication – ability to summarize complex information concisely.
• Works well collaboratively across teams and time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Curiosity about how technology changes the way businesses operate, and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience applying AI tools or concepts, demonstrated through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
• Experience building dashboards or visualizations.
• Familiarity with agile delivery concepts such as user stories and sprints.
• Prior internship in financial services, consulting, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with APAC real estate, private equity and investor relations teams to understand operations and how technology can help.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories; partner with engineering to prototype and build solutions.
• Support AI enablement across the region from training to prototyping agent-based workflows.
• Utilize Blackstone tools to design and implement technology solutions for business stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between global tech teams and APAC stakeholders for regional priorities and roadmap planning.
• Own end-to-end delivery with Product Owners; collaborate with engineering on implementation and release.
• Build web applications, services, and cloud-native/serverless solutions on AWS.
• Develop containerised microservices with Docker; automate infrastructure with Terraform.
• Create data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Snowflake and robust data models.
• Deliver seamless experiences with React; automate deployments and tests with TeamCity/Jenkins.
