Job summary

CelerData, Inc. seeks a Solutions Architect to lead the technical evaluation of PhoenixAI's Agentic Database during the sales cycle.

You will deliver compelling presentations or demos, architect tailored AI-native solutions, and secure technical wins — then continue as the customer’s trusted technical partner post-close, driving onboarding, adoption, and long-term success. The role demands deep technical expertise, excellent communication, and a passion for solving complex data challenges,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales and/or post-sales role such as solutions engineering, technical consulting or customer success engineering, ideally within the data analytics, database, or cloud infrastructure space.
• Hands-on experience with OLAP workloads, query optimization, and data modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema).
• Proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of distributed data processing system theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities including technical advocacy, solution design, and PoC execution to showcase PhoenixAI’s capabilities.
• Guide onboarding and deployment post-sale, ensuring the designed solution is realized in production and value is realized.
• Build long-term customer relationships as the technical point of contact, support renewals, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align technical discussions with business goals and gather customer insights.
