Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping and market research across target industries and companies.
• Review AI interview submissions and assist with applicant screening.
• Support consultants with candidate sourcing and pipeline building.
• Format and prepare CVs for client submissions.
• Assist with candidate and client database management.
• Support recruitment administration, reporting, and scheduling activities.
• Contribute to business development and sales research projects.
• Provide general operational support to consultants and leadership teams.
