Job summary

SINGAPORE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED seeks an AI-for-RAN Specialist to design and deploy AI-driven automation for the Radio Access Network. You will bridge Ericsson RAN platforms with SMO, enabling cloud-native, autonomous network operations across multi-vendor environments.

You will develop AI models, automation workflows, and rApps, supporting closed-loop optimization, self-configuration, and self-healing. Collaborative work with RAN, OSS, Cloud, and data teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or data science field.
• Foundation in wireless/mobile communications and software engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant university project or internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test AI/ML models for RAN use cases.
• Develop automation scripts and rApps for autonomous network operations.
• Prepare datasets and validate AI model performance.
• Collaborate with RAN, OSS, Cloud, and AI teams on PoC projects.
