Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Technical Engineer to support QA and Solution Architecture for a learning technology project deployed at the customer site. The role combines hands-on testing, architecture review, and governance in a customer-facing environment.

You will apply AI knowledge to evaluate features, ensure architectural integrity, and coordinate with operations, delivery, and customer teams to maintain quality and stability of the platform and its integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of QA engineering, solution architecture, or a combined technical role.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or equivalent).
Experience with enterprise digital platforms, cloud-based systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Demonstrated experience in solution design, integration architecture, or technical documentation.
Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning platforms, or AI-enabled applications.
Experience working in structured project delivery and governance environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Coordinate with customer stakeholders for system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
Validate enhancements, patches, and releases prior to production deployment.
Maintain QA documentation, artefacts, and quality metrics.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tooling.
