Job summary

BNB Chain is seeking a QA/Dev-in-Test engineer to own the full testing and release lifecycle, with testing increasingly driven by AI. You will maintain AI pipelines to steadily improve defect detection and promote automated, intelligent analysis across the team.

The role requires a strong programming background in Go/Rust/Python/Java, 3–7 years of QA experience in Internet/Fintech, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Singapore-based, on-site work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go/Rust/Python/Java).
• 3 to 7 years of QA or Dev-in-Test experience in Internet/Fintech industry.
• Understanding of testing categories: Function, Performance, Stability, and Chaos Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down and resolve complex technical issues.
• Self-driven with urgency and willingness to learn and grow.
• Bonus: Familiarity with EVM-compatible blockchains, testing node clients or protocol components.
• Bonus: Hands-on AI/LLM in testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software testing and release lifecycle—requirement analysis, risk assessment, test design and execution, defect tracking, and release verification—where testing is now largely driven by AI.
• Maintain and evolve AI skill/agent pipelines to improve defect detection and drive intelligent analysis and automation across the team.
