• Maintain and update sales/project records, customer databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support market research, competitor analysis and customer data collection.
• Support marketing activities.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
