is seeking a trainee in Product Quality to support launches and post-release improvement by participating in design reviews, verification/validation, and quality monitoring across software, hardware, and manufacturing. You will learn to lead RCFA, perform defect trend analyses, develop corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement using AI-enabled quality insights, shaping reliable products and robust processes.

Qualifications

B.SC in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering.
Experience in a Quality or Design function in a Product Development environment/Customer Quality is preferred.
Basic understanding of Electronic Manufacturing, Assembly and Test processes.
Basic understanding of schematic diagrams, semiconductor device knowledge, IC assembly / package and test process.
Analytical mindset with knowledge of problem solving process and tools.
Experience in AI (Gen AI, Machine Learning) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure corrective and preventive action planning, addresses true and systemic root cause with various functions/stakeholders to drive resolution.
Conduct defect and/or failure trend analysis and propose/work with project team for improvement initiatives.
Hands-on implementing lessons learned in other/new products, respectively new or running projects.
Adhere to defined and communicated standards, methods, and procedures, with openness to identifying improvements.
Seek and implement process improvement ideas in primary work area.
Apply Quality Engineering principles together with AI to enabled predictive quality, failure pattern recognition
