Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in cost management, procurement, operations, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with operations, procurement, and finance stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor Front-End and Back-End operations.

• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled cost optimization opportunities across Front-End and Back-End operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Cost teams to uncover savings opportunities.
• Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and value realization frameworks.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Analyze cost, supply chain, and operational data to uncover insights and levers.
• Establish governance to track financial impact and outcomes.
