Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with 8D, 5 Why analysis, PFMEA knowledge.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company.
• Interest in AI applications in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manageshift technicians and contractors to achieve operational objectives.
• Highlight issues on the production line that block targets.
• Ensure training and SOP compliance to reduce safety and quality risks.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment issues.
• Collaborate with production and process stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
• Review and optimize SOPs to keep processes relevant and efficient.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve productivity while ensuring standards.
• Plan and evaluate new equipment and materials deployment.
