• Strong hands-on skills with optical instruments.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optical communication technology with prototypes for test solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, system bring-up, and performance validation.
• Develop AI-assisted testing workflows for optical systems.
• Prototype AI-driven decision engines to improve measurement accuracy.
• Translate early-stage concepts into product roadmap recommendations.
