Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a motivated intern for AI-enabled manufacturing analytics and productivity automation.

Under the guidance of engineers and stakeholders, you will apply AI, Generative AI, data analytics, and automation to identified opportunities in New Product Manufacturing. You'll develop a proof of concept, create visualizations and dashboards with Power BI and SQL, and measure productivity benefits using project indicators.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with data analytics, data visualization, Python programming, or Structured Query Language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an AI-enabled proof of concept for the selected use case.
• Create visualizations for operational metrics, work-in-progress visibility, risk monitoring, alerts, or trend analysis.
• Measure the prototype’s potential productivity and decision-making benefits using project indicators.
