Job summary

X-PHY Inc in Singapore is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our IT environment across servers, networks, cybersecurity, cloud services, and end-user devices. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and efficiency while driving automation and AI adoption to boost operational productivity.

You will work on Windows/Linux administration, virtualization, backup, and incident response, collaborate with vendors, and help implement AI-powered tools and best practices

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Experience managing servers, cloud platforms, network infra, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience supporting end-user computing devices and corporate IT environments.
• Exposure to virtualization, cloud services, backup solutions, and security technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and support company servers, storage, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Configure and support network devices including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Administer Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure business continuity.
• Support AI-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives.
