BIT seeks a DevOps Engineer to own and optimize the infrastructure powering its product suite. You will design, automate, and operate scalable systems that are reliable and cost-efficient, applying AI-driven improvements to streamline operations.

You’ll manage Kubernetes clusters, implement GitOps workflows, and collaborate with developers to reduce friction and accelerate delivery while upholding best practices in security and governance.

Formación

• Proficient in Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform; familiarity with Karpenter.
• GitOps-based CI/CD (GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Experience with AWS cloud services and common databases (MySQL, Redis).
• Proficiency in Golang or Python on middleware like MySQL/Redis; vibe development a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate infrastructure across its full lifecycle for multiple services.
• Scale Kubernetes clusters and optimize costs with tooling such as Karpenter.
• Define infrastructure as code and drive GitOps-based CI/CD for auditable changes.
• Collaborate with developers to embed AI-assisted development practices into delivery.
