Job summary

Binance Singapore is seeking a driven Full Stack Engineer to join as a seed across product teams, helping define an AI-augmented development model. You will own end-to-end features spanning frontend and backend, and work closely with AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You'll collaborate across disciplines, mentor peers, and contribute to a fast-paced, autonomous environment where innovative ideas become production-ready software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or AI-related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Solid backend with Java or Golang.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects in production.
• Familiarity with database design and data modeling.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Ability to translate requirements for AI tools; review AI-generated code.
• Self-driven and proactive; can define clear specs.
• Curious, collaborative; strong communication; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools as a core part of daily workflow to maximize development efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend.
• Act as a full stack seed within your team — mentor peers and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
• Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.
