Job summary

Binance is seeking Full Stack Engineers to serve as early seeds across product teams. You will drive end-to-end frontend and backend development while integrating AI coding tools to boost efficiency.

You will translate requirements into robust implementations, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization. A strong background in Java or Golang with Node.js and React is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS or AI-related field preferred.
• Proven experience in backend and frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java or Golang; Node.js and React proficiency.
• Experience delivering end-to-end production projects.
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools into daily workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Translate requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack seed; mentor peers and scale AI-augmented development.
• Identify bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements.
• Contribute to full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
