Job summary

01 Digital is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build AI agents and enterprise software for a global client base. You will own features across frontend and backend, from planning to deployment, working with the founder and Engineering Lead in a fully remote team.

The role requires 4–7 years in software engineering plus hands-on AI development. Expect strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js experience, API design, and remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on AI application development.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React and Node.js.
• Experience designing APIs and working with databases.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI tool usage.
• Ability to explain technical decisions and review AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical plans and tasks.
• Build web interfaces, backend services, APIs and integrations.
• Design data models and implement workflows, auth and access controls.
• Develop AI agents using business data and external services.
• Test AI behavior and outputs; review technical decisions.
• Deploy, monitor and improve reliability and performance.
• Communicate progress and coordinate with remote engineers.
