Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to maintain an AI-powered Chatbook app on AWS and design scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.

You will work with PMs, Solution Architects and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade applications and tool integrations, with a focus on observability, guardrails, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents and multi‑agent systems with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI.
• Production-ready GenAI/agentic applications with guardrails and observability.
• Strong REST API, containerisation, orchestration and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Next.js/React, Python, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM) and Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Take over the Chatbook Application with structured knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Maintain, fix bugs, tune performance, and resolve incidents.
• Design and build end‑to‑end AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and agentic frameworks.
• Create MCP-based tool integrations and agentic pipelines for enterprise systems.
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI models and agentic behavior.
• Translate business needs into robust AI powered solutions.
