Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced AI/ML software engineer to maintain and evolve the Chatbook application. You will design and build AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks, and collaborate with PMs, architects, and stakeholders to deliver production-grade applications on AWS.

The role requires expertise in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and related tools, plus strong REST API, containerisation, and CI/CD skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI, with knowledge of agentic design patterns.
• Experience with MCP-based integrations and maintaining GenAI/agentic applications in production, including guardrail implementation.
• Knowledge of LLMOps practices — prompt management, model evaluation, observability tools, AI governance, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong fundamentals in clean code, design patterns, testing, REST API development, containerisation, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Next.js / React, Python, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the Chatbook application ensuring stability and performance.
• Design and build AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver production-grade AWS-based AI apps.
• Document architecture, codebase, and integrations during knowledge transfer.
• Perform maintenance including updates, bugs, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• Build MCP-based integrations and agentic pipelines for enterprise system connectivity.
