Job summary

CLEARSK HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Equipment Resource Planning Executive to own the full lifecycle of clinic equipment—from procurement to optimal deployment and ongoing maintenance. The role blends operations with AI-assisted analytics to boost asset ROI and utilization.

You will work in a dynamic, knowledge-intensive environment with a clear path to leadership through rotations across ERP-related planning areas and exposure to senior management guidance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in equipment or asset management, procurement, planning or related hands-on operations.
• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics or clinical equipment settings is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and strong numeracy for ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Procure: source, evaluate and buy equipment at right price and time.
• Deploy: place assets where they deliver the most value across clinics.
• Upkeep: keep equipment reliable, safe and maintained.
• Measure: track ROI and utilisation, flag under-used assets.
• Plan ahead: forecast equipment needs and build deployment plans.
• Apply AI: use AI tools to forecast demand and speed up analysis.
