Job summary

YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited is seeking a Digital Learning Content Specialist for a 6-month internship at Jurong Island, Singapore. You will produce training videos and interactive modules, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver learnings on schedule. The role requires proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut), e-learning platforms (Articulate 360,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Education, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of experience in developing digital learning content, training videos, or e-learning materials.
Experience recording and editing training, instructional, or educational videos.
Experience using AI tools to develop learning content, videos, graphics, voiceovers, or training materials.
Experience managing more than one project at the same time.

Responsibilities

Design and develop digital learning content for technical and operational training programmes.
Convert training materials into engaging digital learning resources.
Create interactive learning modules using Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or equivalent tools.
Apply adult learning principles to simplify complex technical information.
Plan, script, storyboard, record, and edit training videos.
Conduct on-site filming of technical procedures, equipment, and workplace demonstrations.
Add subtitles, voiceovers, graphics, animations, and interactive elements.
Maintain organised video files, project folders, and version control.
Use AI tools to create learning content and multimedia assets while ensuring accuracy.
