Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking an Implementation Architect in Singapore to lead hands-on onboarding, training, and enterprise implementations, while shaping AI-assisted workflows for the Professional Services team. This individual contributor role collaborates with Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Business Consultants to translate insights into value.

• 3+ years in customer-facing implementation or technical consulting in SaaS or data.
• Hands-on SQL, APIs, JavaScript and/or Python experience.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and integrations.
• Experience leading customer workshops, onboarding sessions and training.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable customers with platform setup, training and guidance.
• Lead multiple enterprise implementations with timelines and deliverables.
• Shape AI-assisted delivery and automate repetitive tasks.
• Support customers and pre-sales with workshops, demos, and POCs.
