Job summary

Binance is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support capacity planning, resourcing, and agency management for a fast-paced global team. You will exploit Asana dashboards, automate workload insights, and coordinate with overseas partners in English and Mandarin.

Role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow improvements, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across Creatives and Operations. Remote-first environment with global exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Mandarin and able to coordinate with overseas partners.
Highly organized and detail-oriented for complex workflows.
Strong analytical skills with data, reporting, and dashboards.
Proficient with project management tools; Asana reporting/automation a plus.
Interest in AI and automation applied to workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-starter who identifies problems and proposes solutions.

Responsibilities

Support capacity planning by tracking planned vs actual resourcing needs and forecast gaps.
Partner with Creatives to identify resourcing challenges and bottlenecks using Asana data.
Master dashboards and reporting views to identify automation opportunities.
Monitor resourcing to ensure on-time delivery for BAU requests.
Audit agency partners on scope, cost, and performance.
Onboard or scope expand agency partnerships to increase flexibility.
Document standardized agency resourcing protocols in Confluence.
