Job summary

You will collaborate with clients and consultants, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to digital engineering capabilities while applying local codes and authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized by relevant body.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building design.
• Good understanding of local codes and authority submission procedures.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, automation and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and structural designs meeting project requirements and standards.
• Explore and implement AI-driven workflows across structural design and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for design coordination.
• Manage authority submissions to support timely approvals and delivery.
• Conduct design reviews and site inspections to verify quality and compliance.
• Prepare engineering design reports and project records to support compliance.
