Job summary

ST Engineering Defence Aviation Services is seeking an Engineer specializing in AI and Digitalisation within the Continuous Improvement (CI) Office. The role focuses on delivering digital solutions to enhance productivity, safety, quality, and compliance across defence aerospace operations.

You will gain hands-on experience in full-stack development and enterprise AI projects, working with cross-functional teams to implement automation and data-driven tools that improve engineering and MRO

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or closely related field.
Solid understanding of software development principles.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Singaporean citizens only.

Responsibilities

Support CI and digitalisation programmes to streamline workflows.
Participate in design, coding, testing, and deployment of updates and new solutions.
Develop AI-assisted tools and automation frameworks for data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and QA to gather requirements.
Assist in data gathering and validation for pilot projects and monitoring.
Support change management with documentation and training materials.
