Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions
• Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and AI interactions
• Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into products and business systems via APIs
• Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve performance
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development or AI engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or workflow automation
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude
• Proficient in Python or equivalent scripting languages
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug AI-driven systems
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Claude Agent SDK, or n8n
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
