Job summary

Emerson is seeking an AI Specialist to design and deliver AI, automation, and data solutions that boost operational performance across APAC. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve planning through data integration, application development, and continuous improvement, enabling more efficient operations and stronger business outcomes.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant AI/data experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of T-SQL, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience developing and managing data integration workflows using ETL tools such as SSIS or similar platforms.
Experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and model deployment using Azure ML and/or Python.
Experience in web application development, with working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI, automation, and data solutions to improve business processes across APAC.
Develop and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration workflows to support data integration and reporting.
Design and develop web applications using JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, or Python.
Build and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance applications and data solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
Lead or contribute to end-to-end AI initiatives, including use case identification, data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure project delivery.
Support project planning and execution, including coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with innovation priorities.
Ensure governance, security, and organizational standards for data, digital, and AI.
